Our services are intended for personal financial education purposes. By using our services, you agree to:
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may participate with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information and notifying us promptly of any changes. You must ensure the security of any programme access credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
All educational content, materials, documentation, and resources provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Foundation. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, designs, methodologies, and teaching frameworks.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use educational materials for your own learning purposes during and after programme completion. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
All educational materials are protected by copyright. You must retain all copyright notices and proprietary markings on any authorized copies.
Programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include all educational materials and resources specified in the programme description. Fees are subject to change with notice for future programme enrolments.
Full programme fees are due upon enrolment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. Programme access begins upon receipt of payment confirmation.
We accept payment through bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during enrolment. All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Singapore law. Tax invoices will be provided for all payments.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the programme has begun.
If you need to postpone your participation, we will accommodate transfers to future programme dates subject to availability, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned using the original payment method.
Our services provide financial education, not financial advice. Important limitations include:
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost opportunities, or business interruption.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Programme schedules and content may be adjusted as necessary with appropriate notice to participants.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that disrupts programmes or harms other participants.
Upon termination, your right to access programme materials and participate in sessions ceases immediately. Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability limitations survive termination.
If disputes arise, we encourage participants to contact us first to seek informal resolution. We commit to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Singapore before pursuing other remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and Foundation regarding our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Notices to participants will be provided via email to the address provided during enrolment. You must notify us of changes to contact information. Notices to Foundation should be sent to [email protected].
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
